STAMPA APPAREL PRINTING – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

Company means Stampa Apparel.
Customer means any person or business purchasing goods or services.
Goods means garments and printed products supplied by Stampa Apparel.
Services means printing, design, and related services.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3. Product Nature and Print Durability

3.1 Stampa Apparel uses professional garment printing methods designed for commercial durability.

3.2 Print lifespan varies depending on use, washing conditions, and care. When proper care instructions are followed, prints are expected to maintain reasonable appearance for approximately 50 washes. This is an estimate only and not a guarantee of exact wash count.

3.3 Normal wear and tear including, but not limited to:

  • Fading
  • Minor cracking
  • Loss of vibrancy
  • Gradual deterioration

is considered normal and does not constitute a fault.


4. 30-Day Limited Print Warranty

4.1 Stampa Apparel provides a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in the print only.

4.2 If, within 30 days, a print is proven to be defective due to faulty application under normal use and correct care, Stampa Apparel will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the item, or
  • Replace the item, or
  • Provide a store credit, or
  • Provide a refund.

4.3 After 30 days, Stampa Apparel is not responsible for print deterioration, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.


5. Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Failure to follow care instructions
  • Hot washing or hot drying
  • Tumble drying
  • Ironing directly on the print
  • Harsh detergents or chemicals
  • Commercial or industrial laundering
  • Excessive wear, misuse, or abuse
  • Customer-supplied garments
  • Normal wear and tear

6. Garment Care Instructions

Customers must follow these care instructions:

  • Cold wash only
  • Wash inside-out
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron directly on print
  • Do not dry clean unless approved

Failure to follow care instructions voids the warranty.


7. Customer-Supplied Garments

7.1 Stampa Apparel accepts no responsibility for damage to customer-supplied garments.

7.2 No warranty is provided on customer-supplied items.


8. Customer-Supplied Artwork

8.1 The Customer warrants they have permission to use all supplied artwork.

8.2 Stampa Apparel accepts no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.

8.3 The Customer indemnifies Stampa Apparel against any claims arising from supplied artwork.


9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stampa Apparel’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the Goods.

9.2 Stampa Apparel is not liable for:

  • Indirect loss
  • Consequential loss
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of opportunity

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Where goods are not of acceptable quality under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to remedies as required by law.


11. Returns and Claims Process

11.1 All claims must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery.

11.2 Stampa Apparel may require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos
  • Return of goods for inspection

12. Order Approval

Customers are responsible for approving artwork proofs.

Once approved, Stampa Apparel is not responsible for errors including:

  • Spelling
  • Size
  • Placement
  • Colour differences

13. Force Majeure

Stampa Apparel is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
